Business Subscribers

This is a subscription free functional pre-release candadate. All data entered under your chosen Login name will not be lost when this system changes to a subscriber only service.

Allocating categories to payments will be implemented shortly. For now all your payments are allocated to the first category "petty Cash" of the default account granted to you when you sucessfully select a Login Name. By scrolling down on the mobile phones display you will see a number 1 is the default category for all payments when you Logon.    Change the category number to any value you like while recording payments. Currently you can assign a meaning (category title) for up to ten values, allowing  summary spreadsheets detailing totals for each category across any period.

KeyCost is planning to introduce subscriptions via  Paypals "Instant Payment Notification System" before the end of July 2003. This will ensure subscribers will be able to start using Keycost within a couple of minutes of completing or renewing a subsription.

Keycost will not hold any details such as cardholder name or contact details about any of its subscribers. This means your complete anonymity of use; no payments you record with keycost can be matched with your real indentity ensuring you privacy and peace of mind. The only details Keycost will hold is an email address for you, and that's only so we can email you in case you change your or lose your password.
